Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • ! Nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, separated at the joint
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbls. Thai chili paste (can add more if desired)
  • 2 cups Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Spray a large rimmed sheet tray with nonstick spray
  • Place the chicken on the sheet tray. Bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine the garlic, chili paste, and the Sweet & Tangy Orange Sauce in a medium sauce pan.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook on low till the sauce starts to get translucent in color, about 15 minutes.
  • Add the cooked wings to the pan of heated sauce. Toss until they are completely coated
  • Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy.

Serves: 4-6
