Sweet & Tangy Kale Salad
Vegan-Gluten Free
Ingredients:
- 6 cups kale, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups red grapes
- 1 ½ cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Dressing
Directions:
- Toss kale, grapes, feta cheese, together in a large bowl.
- Pour Sweet & Tangy Dressing over kale mixture and toss to coat.
- Top with chopped walnuts
- Refrigerate until chilled at least 30 minutes.
