Sweet & Tangy Kale Salad

Vegan-Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups kale, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 1 ½ cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¾ cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Dressing

Directions:

  • Toss kale, grapes, feta cheese, together in a large bowl.
  • Pour Sweet & Tangy Dressing over kale mixture and toss to coat.
  • Top with chopped walnuts
  • Refrigerate until chilled at least 30 minutes.
