
Meatball Appetizer with Spicy Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs(GF if desired)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 14oz. can cranberry sauce (jellied)
- 15oz. Keli’s Pele’s Fire Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce
Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix together the hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and ketchup.
- Form into balls and bake for 30 minutes.
- In a sauce pan over low heat, combine the cranberry sauce and Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce.
- Simmer and stir until smooth.
- Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve warm
