Meatball Appetizer with Spicy Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs(GF if desired)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 14oz. can cranberry sauce (jellied)
  • 15oz. Keli’s Pele’s Fire Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Mix together the hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and ketchup.
  • Form into balls and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a sauce pan over low heat, combine the cranberry sauce and Sriracha Teriyaki Sauce.
  • Simmer and stir until smooth.
  • Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Serve warm

Serves: 4-6
