Keli’s Polynesian Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups cabbage, kale mixture
- 2/3 cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup red onion, ( thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Jicama, (peeled and cut into matchstick slices)
- 1 cup mango, (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup cucumber, (diced)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple(diced)
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 4 tbsp candied sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Dressing
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Divide on to 2 plates and top with Sweet & Tangy Dressing
